Our EpiPen® labels give you four lines of text to display the required information.

List name information and also your contact information.

Locate an area without instructions. Do not cover any instructions on the EpiPen® with the label. Recommend labeling the box or the EpiPen® case. Apply them to dry and clean surface. Handle the label by the edges to avoid contaminating the adhesive. Place the label and press very firmly, especially on the corners. Done!

Note: Labels should be applied by adults. Periodically inspect and replace any labels that appear to be lifting.
